Based on customer feedback we've made formatting changes to increase the professionalism of Estimates/Proposals when presenting them to clients. They are now easier to read and understand, making a better client experience.


  • Sales Proposal: Sales > Lead Proposals > Proposal Title > Format / Preview

  • Job Proposal: Financial > Estimate > Format & Share with Owner > Details / Owner Preview

Here's what's changed

  • We've improved the clarity of Category and Item hierarchy when viewing Sales/Job Proposals

    • Each Category Grouping is separated from the next category grouping (i.e. Multiple Tables)

    • Category Title is at the top with table columns below

    • Group Total as at the bottom of each Category Grouping

    • Set Description Column ON by default and it should be its own column. Not stacked with Item Title or Cost Code unless more than 6 columns are applied.

  • Description column is given max-width, we reduced the width of the other columns and improved text wrapping functionality

  • All text in number columns are now right-aligned
