Once you have been approved for Builder's Risk Insurance, you will be notified by Tony Ravenstahl, Account Executive of SilverStone Group LLC, a HUB International company via email.

Tony will provide additional context and information for the process, but you can begin enrolling homes immediately post approval.

From the home screen of Buildertrend, select the job from the jobs list to enroll. Click the job info icon to the right of the job name.

Scroll down and click the request icon to begin the enrollment process.

You will be prompted to give an acknowledgement. Please review the statement and click continue when ready.

Fill out the job information and answer the questions.

At the bottom of the application, you will be asked to enter an email address and choose to pay with an E-Check (ACH). If you have already set up a payment method, you will be able to choose the saved information payment information. Buildertrend recommends setting up a payment method for the best experience.

After clicking into pay with E-check – the fee and drop-down option to select payment method will appear. Notice, there is an add E-check payment option to the right if you require a change in bank accounts.

Choose the stored bank information and hit confirm method.

The page will reload and ask for a final disclaimer. The review button will turn green, click when you are ready to finalize the enrollment process.

You will be asked to review the job name and contract amount. Select sign and submit.

From here, sign the enrollment documents.

The enrollment process is complete. You will see new options from within job info. Options include downloading the jobsite binder that outlines the insurance policy. You can also review the job coverage request form for enrollment. Finally, you can make a claim directly within the job.
