Buildertrend has many automated notifications in place to ensure you and your builder are on the same page organically as events occur. If you are receiving too many notifications or not enough, you can edit your notification preferences.

Notifications are adjusted by going to the cogwheel in the top right of your Homeowner account and by selecting Setup.

You will find the Notifications section at the bottom of the Setup page.

Click on the arrow next to the notification section to drill in for more options.
