Incorporating Bids into your Estimate is easy to do. Once a trade has submitted their bid (or it's been added internally by you), you can feed that information directly into your Estimate upon approval.

Realistically, your team won't ever need to manually enter bid information into an estimate because your trade partner is essentially doing all of the work. You are simply including their information in the estimate and perhaps adding a markup.

To include a Bid within the Estimate, simply approve the Bid.

If you would like to include a bid in an estimate prior to approving the bid; you're able to include the bid from your subcontractor within their bid by checking Include in Budget.

Once the Bid has been approved, you'll see it included on your Estimate.

The Bid can be accessed by clicking on it in the Estimate.
