Owner invoices are the tool for managing receivables within Buildertrend. Active customers can have access to use their portal to see past payments as well as what still needs to be paid. 

Owner invoices can be created off of many items in Buildertrend, such as General Items from your estimate, Change Orders, approved Selection Choices, as well as Bills and Purchase Orders, eliminating double entry. These invoices can be a flat amount as well as itemized to offer as much, or as little, information on the invoice as desired. Invoices can be partially or fully paid.
