Bid packages can be sent out to subs that have created login credentials (Active) as well as those that have not done so (Inactive). Both will have the ability to provide an accurate quote for the work.

First, navigate to the sub section in your account.

Your subs will have to be created in this section, to assign the bids directly to them. Activation is always recommended, but not a requirement for bid quotes to be provided.

Once a bid has been created and all descriptive information has been provided to make an accurate quote, you will then click on the Requests tab to add those subs that are active or inactive to the package. Then click Save & Release.

Both inactive and active trades will receive an email with the bid request.

INACTIVE SUBS:

Towards the bottom of the email, your trade will click on View & Submit Bid to start the process.

This will open up a new browser window with all bid package information present including any descriptions and attachments for the trade to view.

Your trade will then update the Unit Cost, Quantity, Bid Details, and any Attachments that are needed for the builder.

Once updated they can click Submit Bid.

ACTIVE SUBS:

From the sub portal, subs will navigate to the Financial header and click Bids.

From this section, the trade can click on the bid package title to open and view the information.

Your trade will then update the Unit Cost, Quantity, Bid Details, and any Attachments that are needed for the builder.

Once updated they can click Submit Bid.
