Keeping your Buildertrend app up to date is key to ensuring top performance, accessing the latest features, and receiving important bug fixes.
Regular phone updates also enhance security to help protect your data.
For the best experience, make sure both your Buildertrend mobile app and your Mobile Operating System are up to date.
Current versions and system requirements:
Apple iOS
Current Buildertrend App Version: 10.64
Current iOS: 18.6.2
Current iPadOS: 18.6.2
Notice for iOS users:
Devices must have iOS 16 or newer to use mobile app version 10.38 and beyond
Devices using iOS 15 will only support app version 10.37.1
The mobile app does not support any iOS version below iOS 15
Android OS
Current Buildertrend App Version: 10.64
Current Android OS: Android 16
Notice for Android users:
The mobile app does not support any Android version before 7.9.9
Checking your current Mobile App version and Operating System
From the Summary Page, select the More tab.
Next, scroll down to My Account and select Settings.
From Settings, click About Buildertend.
You will be able to check your current Buildertrend Mobile App version as well as your phone's current Operation System version.
How to Update the Buildertrend App
To ensure the Buildertrend Mobile App is always up-to-date, enable automatic app updates so new versions are downloaded and installed as soon as they become available.
Steps for turning on automatic app updates on your iPhone:
From your device's Settings:
Navigate to Apps > App Store > enable App Updates
Steps for turning on automatic app updates on your iPhone:
From the Google Play Store, click your profile picture at the top-right > Settings
Select Auto-update apps from the Network preferences, and determine when you would like your apps to update automatically.
Steps for manually updating the Buildertrend app:
Search for, and select the Buildertrend app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). If the app says Update, select Update. If it says Open, your app is up to date.
